We understand that occasional delays can happen. However, for safety reasons, all gymnasts must complete an appropriate warm-up before taking part in training.
If a gymnast arrives after the scheduled start time of their class, they may not be able to join the session immediately if the warm-up phase has already commenced.
Where possible, and only if it is safe to do so, the Club may attempt to integrate a late-arriving gymnast into the warm-up of another suitable class.
This is not guaranteed and depends on what is happening in the gym at the time, including session structure, supervision, and available space.
In some cases, a gymnast may not be able to join straight away but may be integrated later in the session if a suitable and safe opportunity arises.
Arriving late will normally result in some loss of training time, as activities cannot be paused or repeated once a session is underway and gymnasts must be properly prepared before participating safely.
Once a session has started, coaches are supervising gymnasts in the gym and may not be able to respond to the bell immediately.
Late arrival decisions are always handled calmly and respectfully. Gymnasts are never reprimanded or blamed for arriving late.
Our full policy is here “Late Arrival and Warm Up Policy” but if you have any questions about late arrivals or would like to discuss a concern, please contact us at reception@arabiangym.com
