Why not book a party at Arabian School of Gymnastics in Bletchley!


The facility is available for sole hire. Gymnastics apparatus is set up as standard, with the option, depending on ages, for soft play and toys (fine and gross motor) for younger children.

Sunday 11.15am – 12.45pm

Parties are independent play (adult supervision at all times – parties are not coach led), for children from crawling age to 12yrs. If the parent of party attendees are not staying for the party, we recommend that the party host brings 2-3 other adults to help supervise the children in the gym.

Due to Arabian members having severe allergies, party food is NOT permitted in our facilities. There is 15mins after their time in the gym, should you wish to bring a birthday cake and sing. Cake can then be cut, wrapped and taken away with party guests.

We are a NUT FREE facility so please ensure that the cake does NOT contain nuts.

NOTE for Slushie Add-on: We are following new guidance from the FSA (Food Standards Agency) and therefore we must inform you that our slushie drinks may contain glycerol.  It is now recommended that this product is NOT to be given to children of 4years and under. Due to this, it is up to the parents of the children if they wish for their child to have a slushie or not.

Parties: £160.00-£180.00

  • Age range: 4yrs & under, MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  • Age range: 5 -12yrs. accompanied by 6 supervising adults.
  • £160.00 – facility hire only
  • £180.00 – facility hire with slushie drink for each party goer to take home. MUST be requested at time of booking. reception@arabiangym.com

Structure

  • Party host arrives 10mins before party start time to set up cake in party room (table provided, party host will need to bring table cloth, candles, lighter, knife, napkins and party bags for cake to be taken home in).
  • Party-goers arrive 5mins before party start time (registration taken by party coach).
  • 1hr15mins open play session in the gymnastics facility (please let us know if you require soft play and toys for younger children, Gymnastics apparatus is set up as standard).
  • Party room provided (15mins) for hosts wishing to bring birthday cake. Cake (and slushies, if you purchased at point of booking) to be distributed in the party room (not to be consumed on site due to club members with severe allergies).
  • Party-goers head home with their cake (and slushie drink, if you purchased at point of booking) to enjoy. Party host to tidy and pack away party room taking all rubbish home with them.
  • Facility closes 15mins after party ends
